Overview
This one-day workshop has been developed for new project managers, team and technical leaders, teammembers and those with no formal PM training. It follows a standard workshop approach, where participants work onactual projects so as to apply their new skills immediately. The emphasis throughout the course is on making project management easy to understand and applicable in the workplace. This course will allow project managers to identifyand eliminate critical pitfalls and establish consistent project success.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Create a process flow for projects and apply it to your organization
Define the problem and establish specific and measurable targets
Find, analyze and properly plan for project risks and threats
Create a communications plan for reporting to stakeholders
Quickly break down the work/tasks into manageable units

Create a workable schedule that everyone can understand and use
