The Royal Winter Fair is well under way in Toronto and today it was time for the folks from Canadore College to take centre stage and show just what the Near North Area has to offer.

Chef Daniel Esposito from Canadore College’s School of Hospitality prepares a feast of golden beef on the cooking stage before a large audience at The Royal Winter Fair.

Esposito is one of 15 guest chefs from Northern Ontario conducting cooking demonstrations during The Royal using only farm grown food and products from the Northern Ontario Agri-food Pavilion.

Over 40 agriculture-related companies and organizations were on display at the FedNor-supported pavilion at this year’s Royal in Toronto, November 2 -11.
