Artsperience Programming Capturing Youth Imagination
It’s that time of year again. Summer is here and Canadore is hosting a variety of youth programming during Artsperience 2007.
From arts and crafts to music to cartooning, Canadore’s programming is encouraging young minds to pick their passion.
During the week of June 30 to August 3 Canadore is welcoming over 40 youth to the College to participate in the following programs:
Discovery – CSI Adventure Camp – Children have fun solving crimes using scientific evidence. This exciting and action-packed program will combine nature and outdoor activities with ecological experiments, inventions and discoveries.
Youth Arts - Children spend this week painting, drawing, sculpting and tie-dying.
Computer Camp Fun with Applications – Children enhance their understanding of computer software applications this week. Topics include multimedia, the Internet and word-processing.
Artsperience runs from June to August and offers workshops and courses for youth, adults and seniors at all skill levels.
