Congratulations Canadore Graduates!
Canadore is hosting its Convocation Ceremonies for 2006. This year over 1100 young minds are graduating from a variety of programs and heading into the workforce.
Ceremony guest speakers include the following local artists and industry officials:
Cartoonist Lynn Johnston will be speaking to parents and students from Communication Arts, Health Sciences, and Preparatory programs on June 2 at 2:00 p.m.
Charles J. Gagnon, Vice President Corporate Culture and Social Responsibility for Tembec Inc., will be speaking to parents and students from Aviation, Information Technology, Law and Justice, Office Administration and Skilled Trades programs on June 3 at 10:00 a.m.
Jean Larocque, partner and President of Larocque Elder Architects, Architectes Inc., will be speaking to parents and students from Business, Hospitality/Tourism and Recreation and Leisure Services, and Human Development and Community Services programs on June 3 at 2:00 p.m.
Canadore is very proud of all of its 2006 Graduates for their accomplishments and for achieving their education goals.
The 37th Convocation Ceremony is being held in the Education Centre Gymnasium on June 2 and 3.
