Canadore Days Welcomes 400 Prospective Students and Parents

Canadore welcomed more than 400 visitors this week during Canadore Days, which offered prospective students a chance to spend a day of their March break at Canadore.

Prospective students, their parents and guests, were invited to visit the College throughout the week, to explore their program of interest. They were offered tours of the campus, as well as a chance to meet with faculty and participate in program-related discussions.

"It's a great opportunity for students to explore Canadore and get some insight into their program of choice - the faculty, the facilities and career opportunities," said Canadore College Liaison Officer Phil Hayes. "It's also a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our campuses and the personalized service that we pride ourselves on."

Canadore, and colleges across Ontario, will begin offering admission to students on March 31, 2004.
