Well run events require planning, organization and time. The Coordinator would be happy to speak with you or your planning committee to discuss the details of your event.

We can also provide you with all the tools you need to make the perfect presentation: public address systems, portable screens, data and overhead projectors, DVD players and flipcharts. Please let us know what additional equipment will be required so we can arrange to have it available in your meeting space.

Also offered are technological services to help ensure a successful conference. These services include photocopying, faxing and internet access. If you have any audiovisual or technological needs, ask at the Guest Services Office and we will do the best to assist you. Additional charges will apply.

Classic Fare Catering is pleased to offer a variety of catering services to meet all your special conference needs. We welcome you to plan your menu from our full catering packages. Menu packages serve as guidelines to assist you with the planning of your event. Meals can be scheduled to suit your conference timeline. Cafeteria-style service is also available so guests can eat at their leisure.

There are a variety of licensed facilities on our campuses available for use by your group.
