An environment for casual comfort
Canadore College provides the ideal facilities for your corporate event or conference. You’ll discover three easily accessible campuses. We can provide a variety of excellent meeting spaces ranging from flat-floored classrooms to tiered amphitheatre style space. We have amphitheatres that seat up to 200 people. For trade shows or large plenary sessions, the Education Centre Gym is a great facility.
All meeting space is equipped with an audiovisual package including white/blackboards, screens and overhead projector.
Many of our meeting spaces have built-in media equipment including data projector, DVD player and VCR that are included in the cost of the room rental. All of our meeting facilities are available on a year-round basis pending our academic schedule. If you have any additional audiovisual or technological needs, ask the Conference Co-ordinator and we will do our best to assist you.
Campus Catering
Classic Fare Catering is pleased to offer a variety of catering services to meet all of your special conference or meeting needs. We welcome you to plan your menu from our full catering package. Menu packages serve as guidelines to assist you with the planning of your special event.
If you prefer cafeteria-style service, we are able to provide standard meal packages for the participants with individual meal tickets to distribute to participants, special guests and presenters. You can schedule meal times to suit your conference schedule.
To ensure the success of you function, menus and final arrangements for major events should be made at least four weeks in advance. Final number of guests expected to attend should be updated during the weeks leading up to the event with the caterer.
