Canadore Residences

Your application for Residence must include a $300.00 deposit in the form of a cheque or money order payable to Canadore College Residence. This amount will be held on account as a damage/cleaning deposit refundable if your unit passes inspection after you have vacated residence. A move-in and move-out form must be completed to be eligible for a refund.

Residence fees may be paid in two installments pending receipt of OSAP loans. Students wishing to pay by installment must indicate Option 2 when completing their confirmation of acceptance form and include payment of a $50.00 deferral fee.

Residence fees include utilities, internet (suitable for academic purposes only), local telephone service (except at Loft Residence) with voicemail in all bedrooms (long distance plans arranged separately), cable TV access in common rooms and individual bedrooms and a fully furnished suite.

Rates quoted cover the period September 1 to April 30 only. Courses starting prior to September 1 or extending past April 30 will be subject to an extra charge to cover the extended period.
